Staff is super friendly and system is efficient. I am a hard stick for blood work and my phlebotomist was very gentle.
Incorrectly told to wait in long line for specimen drop off. Waited 45 for no reason. Only 2 people working for registration at a slow pace. I arrived at 9:30 am. Apologised for wasting my time but I had specifically asked upon entering the long if I had to wait. Late to the rest of my appointments. Phlebotomist are great and they are the only reason for the 2 stars.
This place will leech you of your money. Lab work here will cost you an arm and a leg. Avoid. And most UCLA Doctors I've seen are subpar. Its a shame.

Not sure about the horrible reviews, but every time I get my blood drawn at the lab I get wonderful nurses. I understand wanting quick service but we don’t know if the lab is low on staff. Again very kind nurses. I don’t mind the wait.
