I have been here several times and they are always super nice. I am a very nervous patient when getting my blood drawn, but all of the workers are kind and understanding. I always request to lie down rather than sit and they accommodate that. I usually get the results pretty fast as well. Thank you UCLA Health Staff!
By far the most unprofessional, illogical, and incompetent staff that I have ever dealt with in my life. This place has no business drawing anyone’s blood. Spent 5 hours here over two visits because they can’t read scripts right. They didn't do the test right the first time and made me get a new script despite it being their mistake. Some people really don’t deserve to be in healthcare. What an absolute waste of a facility. DONT COME HERE.
Saturday morning at 7:30 AM the wait is a rock solid hour, patients are packed into a small wait room overflowing into the hallway, and there’s a staccato of coughing. Give it up if you need to make it to work or be anywhere on time. Guess what? You just wasted two hours and blew a wad of gas driving here for bad service. ZERO privacy on top of that! Surprised I am not seeing comments on the parking!! The only parking is in the garage and it is VERY expensive. There is no validation. The blood work and wait times were good but the parking is unreasonable.
