No one in the department answer the phone lines. Had to wait 30 minutes to be transferred to the correct department.
Great experience every time I enter Bowyer. Everyone works extremely hard and do with a great smile and a helpful hand.
We have been waiting for over 3 weeks for their scheduling team to call us to schedule an infusion. Every time we call in we are told a message has been sent to the responsible team and we should expect a call back. The support staff is just not up to par.
There are places in this world where humanity is supposed to stand taller than bureaucracy. Oncology centers are one of them.
