Had a great experience with my Physical Therapist Rusty from UCI. Great communication about arrival time. He was very professional and helped me get on my feet after surgery.
I had a great experience at UCI. My nurse, Jed, was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. He was very gentle when administering my IV antibiotics and when removing my catheter. His compassion and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent care he provided. Thank you, Jed!
TLDR: don't hesitate like I did. Do the procedure and have the practice help with PT. Pinky is the best! A bit more context I recently had a total knee replacement, and the care I received from UCI Home Health—specifically from my therapist, Pinky—was exceptional.
