It was a struggle to find a home health agency that took my insurance and I’m so glad that I came across UCI Home Health. The office staff were warm and answered my questions about the process - How authorizations were obtained through the insurance, what the process of ordering wound care supplies through my insurance would be like, etc. The assigned nurse and therapist who came to my house were very attentive and kind. The PT helped me get moving after my hip replacement. I am truly appreciative of their services.
I have had an excellent experience with UCI. My note, Marianne is absolutely the best nurse I have ever had. She is always on time. Calls to met me know she is on her way so I can shower before my wound change. She is professional, kind and compassionate. Coming from a horrible service, I cannot say enough good things about UCI. So glad Florida Blue found them for me. They are wonderful.

I absolutely love UCI Home Health! Marianne was the best RN I have had! She was a lifesaver! After surgery I had another home health company come out and the nurse was terrible. After switching to UCI Home Health I had an exceptional Nurse who was very helpful and caring. She helped me obtain the correct supplies I needed by working with a home health supply company and orchestrated the delivery of the supplies and getting it approved through the insurance company. I was with UCI for several months and highly recommend them!
