Most importantly they OVERCHARGE and have no flexibility at reducing the bill even a little!!! I got a few x-rays for 1 foot and got a bill for $677 after a meager $33 discount for insurance, even though they were in-network!!! Other notes: They do not provide parking validation, phone system AI is buggy and cannot locate me multiple ways, agents' English is difficult to understand, and they only offer financial assistance to those who do not have insurance.
