I've gone to Total Care for the last 4 years with no problems. This year I called for my annual mammo and the man who answered was incredibly rude. When I voiced concerns that I've been hearing about a communication breakdown between them (now under the UCI umbrella) and doctors, I was told to focus on myself. Yet, I couldn't easily get an appointment because they couldn't find communication from my doctor. This has never happened before. I've never been treated so rudely by their staff. Most importantly they OVERCHARGE and have no flexibility at reducing the bill even a little!!! I got a few x-rays for 1 foot and got a bill for $677 after a meager $33 discount for insurance, even though they were in-network!!! Other notes: They do not provide parking validation, phone system AI is buggy and cannot locate me multiple ways, agents' English is difficult to understand, and they only offer financial assistance to those who do not have insurance.
