my mom and I have been seeing Dr. Cheng for years and he’s a great doctor, we both really appreciate the care he’s provided us ! the only thing is that, when it comes to notifying me about referrals to specialists, it’s a bit messy and I don’t always really know when the referral has gone through and like the specialist’s information. i’m sure that’s not exactly the office’s fault, it probably has to do with some insurance stupidity, but it still is a bit frustrating. but i’ve always had a good experience w/everyone in this ... read more
Feedbacks 1) Poor communication. I experienced a rush time where my concerns and queries were not fully addressed before the receiptionists moved on. Especially with the non-native English like me, they didn't allow me to finish my speaking but immediately cut off using their own words. 2) Limits first-time visit from receiving physical examinations or any procedural services.
