West had a 8:30 appointment, got there on time, then had an emergency visit to the restroom, took around 15mins, a little longer then expected being I am handicaped. went to the office explaining what had happened and they marked the appointment A No Show and rescheduled us 21 days later.. I have diabetes with a severe diabetic foot ulcer, and was totally turned down.. Could still loose my foot. I felt like my condition and l were not cared about at all. I received prompt attention. The nurses and the doctor provided excellent care.
**beware, no care** go somewhere else! This place is is a customer care-less zone. Unprofessional Dr. Quach, un trained front desk self important gate keepers is just the start. The lack of concern for the healing process is undeniable. Most Nursing staff is very friendly (they offer water while waiting). I had 4 seperate horrendous visits before i realized the other places are way more organized and in tune with real people. They suggested i go to Penrose wound care to get actual wound care help.
