Krista, CNM is the absolute best of the best! Just be sure you know exactly where you're going. Getting to the office can be tricky! And it is above a bank.
Multiple negative experiences. Last year I was having bleeding during early pregnancy. Felt very dismissed, told it was "normal". After my 2nd appt one of the PAs ordered a sono after much advocating on my part. But also told me "if it's a miscarriage we can't do anything." Scheduled sono, several days before the appt was told they were not open that day and advised it needed to be rescheduled. Given an appt for 2wks later. Go any but here. Brought my gf from estes for her appointment, weather was bad coming down the canyon and tried to call to let them know we were caught in a flash flood warning and would be late, and to ask if we needed to reschedule. No answer the first time for 26 minutes finally some one answers says hold and hangs up. Call again hold for 9 minutes still no answer gave up and went in. Denied for being 10 minutes late. Horrible! Both doctor and a clinic. Customer service not answering you at all. Not going there anymore
I called to get an appointment for an infection and they didn't have any appointments for a month. When I asked if they could refer me elsewhere the lady on the phone told me to visit the emergency department. Really rude service & I was shocked.
