I called to get an appointment for an infection and they didn't have any appointments for a month. When I asked if they could refer me elsewhere the lady on the phone told me to visit the emergency department. Really rude service & I was shocked.
Dr Burkett did not show any interest in me as a patient limited herself to say everything was normal without asking more questions. Didn't bother to connect with me. When i told her about my issues she made a face as if she was questioning why was i telling her that so, no i did not feel confortable during my appointment with her. Appointments are scheduled at least 1.5 months out and there is a wait after you check in.
The Windsor clinic is so amazing. All front staff, nurses and doctors were so incredible. I saw Krista O’Leary and I will definitely be returning to see her when it’s needed.
Incredibly kind and patient front desk team and the medical team is equally amazing. I saw Dr Suh and she spent a good amount of time with me answering all my questions and setting me at ease about upcoming procedures and steps. I live in Fort Collins and it was worth the 30 minute drive to get this quality medical care. Although, I suspect the other UC Health Women’s Care offices are equally wonderful. After just one visit, they have a lifetime patient in me.
I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in nurse practitioner’s presence in my life. I liked the receptionist and MA though. I guess Laurie was just having a bad day.
