I haven’t been here in years but called to schedule an appointment due to an insurance change. The receptionist I spoke to (Crystal I believe) was enough for me to hang up and go elsewhere. Like every other review I see, the front desk staff is disrespectful, condescending and rude.
Dr. Petty and her staff are wonderful, hands down!
