Both Dr. Casanova and Holly are personable and put me at ease. They listen, answer questions, and follow thru. I highly recommend them.
I am very disappointed with this place. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly, but the support staff couldn't seem to get the most basic tasks right. To make an appointment, I have to call, which directs me to someone who can't help me. They write down a message to the doctor, often incorrectly, which a member of his nursing staff may or may not try to reach out to me. Dr Casanova was real personal and professional. She and her staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone!
