I literally had such a great experience here! I came in 20 minutes before closing and the front desk lady was so sweet and very efficient! When I got back to the room, I was a little nervous and the medical assistant was so comforting! I wish I knew his name, (black hair, tattoos, maybe glasses?) but he needs a raise! He was awesome! The provider was also very thorough despite the time! Literally such a great experience!
Highly recommend finding a different place to go! We went to this urgent care and was told my son had nothing broken in his hand/ wrist and given a wrist brace. I had to take my son to an orthopedic walk-in where we found out he had a broken humerus. This urgent care didn’t even do X-rays of his elbow/ arm.
The check-in staff was extremely friendly, supportive, and helpful, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The intake tech was incredibly good—professional, attentive, and thorough. The provider was especially excellent in their service, taking the time to listen, explain things clearly, and provide great care. Overall, the entire team made the experience comfortable and reassuring. I’m very grateful for the high level of service and would highly recommend UCHealth Urgent Care on Voyager.
