Laura the PA was exceptional, she listened and found a solution to help me get better.
When my UC Health ENT clinic was unresponsive after 48 hours, I went to this urgent care. The treatment here was exemplary!! The check-in staff was amazing - respectful, professional and friendly. The doctor was superb - she spent a good amount of time with me (more than my ENT has ever spent with me) and we worked together to come up with a treatment plan that would hold me over until I recovered or could get follow-up. I would recommend this urgent care, hands down!!
Great facility and excellent care. Cory Parks, PA, saw me for a cough that had gone on 6 weeks. To previous doctors had misdiagnosed and mistreated it, but Cory figured it out and has me on the path to recovery. Highly recommend this place.
