Rude and unprofessional manager… disappointed with UC Health for allowing standards to fall!
Sat there for an hour listening to the nurses talk about their haircut and their weekend. Clearly they are not that urgent.
Always very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable/friendly staff! Would certainly recommend this urgent care location.
