My experiences with UCHealth have all been positive! I’m grateful for my providers there and the other staff that make my visits positive!
They didn’t read my allergies during a preop appointment, and it was my job to indicate that I couldn’t use wipes they had set out. They also didn’t get alcohol wipes to start my IV, and was prepared to use the substance in the IV kit which is listed on my allergy list on file with UC Health. The care at the E.R even during the night shift was incredible the nurse was very aware and made quick decisions to help get answers as soon as possible the doctor was kind, delivered the results, and set me up for surgery in the most efficient and kind manner. I spent two nights one waiting to go into surgery and the other being checked on for recovery. The whole team doctors, surgeons, nurses were incredible.
