Do not trust your financial health to this operation. Staff was incompetent to the point I did not feel safe having surgery here. The surgeons staff made numerous mistakes with insurance. My surgery was declined retroactively, which could have left me 20K++ out of pocket. Luckily, I got covid, cancelled, and was only out of pocket about 1K in co-pays. The staff is reactive, and seemed to do NOTHING proactively (schedule surgery, contact insurance, call me about weight for anesthesia the day before surgery as planned, cancel ... read more
All of the doctors and nurses here are so amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Both having my babies upstairs and down in the surgery department. Thank you all. The ER needs work though.
