I just want to say sorry that it took so long for me to post this. My husband was there having surgery and was taken very well care of by the entire surgical unit floor. I have been doing my utmost best to get the names of everyone that was involved in keeping my husband alive and comfortable and treating his family so well, but no matter all the loops I tried to take no one would give me the names of everyone that treated my husband. Great place
I had an emergency surgery at UC Heath and spent 5 days in the hospital. I was treated so awful by the nurses because they thought I was uninsured when I was not! The last day I was there they learned I was not uninsured and had several nurses and staff members apologize to me for the way that I was treated. This Disturbed me Beyond words! Whether I was insured or not should have had nothing to do with the care that I received or how I was treated.
