Having worked at a front desk in multiple offices over the yrs, including a law firm and as a Manager of sales, I understand that the front desk employees are the face of the company as well as the first impression. I was appalled at the lack of compassion and character portrayed by the man at the front desk. Upon asking a few questions he was impatient, arrogant, rude, and condescending. Maybe he had a bad day but this type of behavior is unacceptable. I will be looking at another office for my treatment and care.
2Dec2022, Surgery by Dr. Roger Sung on L5&L4 vertebrae caused me anesthesia complications which Penrose Hospital and Humana quickly stated I had made the complaint after 60 days and denied any wrong doing. My Surgery records state "NO ANESTHESIA COMPLICATIONS " and I had to stay additional 24 hours to recover. That is a complication.
