Dr. Millstein dismissed my wife, telling her he couldn't help her. Her PCP at the time in Loveland, Dr. Grover, was very surprised he told her that, and referred her to Cherry Creek UCHealth in Denver. A brilliant endocrinologist, Dr. Karin Hickey, did some tests, which necessitated Adrenal Venous Sampling (AVS), revealing bilateral Primary Aldosteronism (PA aka "Conn's Syndrome). I was referred to Dr.Millstein by my primary doctor, didn't realize my insurance was not accepted here, but so very thankful of this because Dr.Millstein is the best doctor I have ever had. Helped me get my blood sugar under control by working with me as a team. So worth spending the extra money, if you want a doctor that cares and listens to you, this is the Best!! Thank you
