The MRI tech did not let my partner change in a private area, and then proceeded to take 3 hours of the lowest quality MRI imaging my doctor has ever seen. It was so bad we had to schedule a re-do.
If I could offer negative stars I would.....how these people can charge $2000 for something that costs $60 - yes sixty dollars down the street should be criminal. They are everything that is wrong with Healthcare in America.
Horrible Reception! I need an MRI&bone scan and the receptionist kept me on the phone for a very long time and entered information wrong so that my appoinment would be pushed out so far away. Get someone with some sense to schedule these appointments PLEASE!!
I was mislead by staff about pricing for doctors visit - was billed $350 for doctors visit along with a payment of $90 at end of doctor visit. Was informed by admin working x-ray would be $100-150. Turns out it was $300! My total doctor visit and x ray cost $700. Highway robbery avoid this place at all costs. Staff was friendly and kind but misleading.
