Happy with Dr. Vines
Dr. Kaye is a great doctor who is attentive to all questions and needs!
Dr. Thompson messed up my annual exam. I had to have it redone by obgyn due to that mistake. She also prescribed me a heart halter and I got a $272 bill which I was unaware I would be charged. Then I had to request several times to have the results read to me after a week or two of waiting (I had the results from the company, just didn't know what they meant). I'm trying to get another primary care doctor with UCHealth and they have no availability.
UPDATE: I have yet to hear from anyone about my experience & they still haven't refunded my copay for the visit which was cancelled!! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If I could give a zero I would!! Dr Vines and his assistant Heather are absolutely the worst. They're unable to work with the public in a professional manner. Dr Vines will not answer simple questions.
