Poor communication. Tried to get a hold of Dr. Kern about a scan calling four days in a row and leaving messages in the portal. No one ever called us back or returned the messages. We will be looking for a new doctor and facility that cares about their patients.
Dr. Kern really listens to my concerns and finds the best possible treatment to help me. Dr. Kern is kind and compassionate.
