Even calling them it takes an hour to get through to somebody. There's like 9 different trees. That push this button in that button, and then you have to push another button. It is absolutely painful, even trying to get ahold of somebody right. It is pathetic
Professional, friendly, takes the time to know you.
I’m so frustrated with this office. I’ve been on the same medication for years and over the last 6months this office has failed to follow through with my medication management. This is a compliance risk which they seem to not take seriously. I’ve tried to stay on top of it, but it’s out of my control when it is dependent on an order from a physician.
