Very disappointed with uchealth Dermatology Clinic. I waited over a month for a new patient appointment. They called me 2 days beforehand and left a voicemail saying they cancelled my appointment. No reason given. I have spent hours on hold, left messages for supervisors and management with no reply. My primary care that referred me to them even tried to get some sort of explanation and was cussed out and hung up on by UCHealth Derms Supervisor! I've been a patient of Dr Wilk for a little over 20 years. UC Health is lucky to have him!
I visited this urgent care while out of town. I had a UTI. They tested my urine sample in the office and without my knowledge or consent sent my sample to a hospital lab for testing. My insurance was billed as if I was in the hospital because of this. All the phone reps are incredibly rude and no one will help me. They want me to pay $400 for a urine sample.
