My husband went to his doctor there yesterday. My husband got orders for lab and chest X-ray. We went there today to get lab and X-ray. Lab was great we checked in and only waited a few minutes. We went to X-ray and didn't realize we would need to make appt. so we made one for 12:30 this was at about 9:20 am. We went back at 1215 signed in and sat waiting til about 1:15. I've come in multiple times for issues. My whole finger was twitching from a accidental stabbing with a pair of scissors, they did absolutely nothing and it still hurts. Tests came back another time with my red blood cells being high, again did nothing I had to call to even get the results. I had stabbing pains in my chest and what did they do....NOTHING. Looking to switch over because what is the point of having a doctor that won't take you seriously. This place sucks. Save your time and go to a better place.
I dont ever do these thing but since this involves peoples well being i think it needs to be heard. I went to the er a week ago and called my doctor the same day to schedule an appointment. The first lady i talk to says there isnt anything for 2 weeks. So i ask to leave a message. 4 days later someone calls me and say they can get me in on monday at 9:40. Went to see my primary doctor of about 5 years (before he moved to printers park primary care) about a spider bite that I had let go for too long and had a major infection that was traveling up my leg and was becoming dangerous and scheduled an appointment that morning and got in the same day, just to drive down there in pain to be turned away because of an unannounced change in policy where they no longer bill you for copayment.
