There is a reason for the low rating of this place. The staff does not care about the well being of clients. They don't want to deal with mental illness. The staff is rude beyond belief. They were no help at all and made a dangerous situation worse. Avoid this horrible place.
The cafeteria of this hospital deserves praise for providing the best service and food of all 3 hospitals in this area. Sujata (Cafe Mgr.), does a wonderful job as well as the rest of the cafeteria staff. Thank you!
If I could I would give ZERO stars to this place. If you are part of a minority group as a patient or employee this is the wrong place for you. As a travel nurse I was disgusted about how particularly minority nurses are threated in this place. Few of the Nursing staff in the 3rd and 4th floor are awful backstabbers. They purposely mislead minority nurses during their training. Sad thing is that they make it difficult for them to succeed by purposely assigning them to tasks they weren't trained to perform. There is one practitioner here who is very good. I have rated her profile accordingly. She saved my career after what this place did. The nurse at this place was yelling at patients. Nurse Ratched doesn't even begin to describe her. My treating physician was really harsh. I woke up in this place as a victim of malpractice because an ER doctor misdiagnosed my condition which was not mental health in nature, but physical. I woke up with amnesia heavily sedated, consent was taken when I was in no condition to give consent. I'd ... read more

Sorry, today I was kicked out. My medicare was refused. I waited 30 minutes to discover that I owed them money and for that reason they kicked me out. Homeless, disabled, no car, no home, no job but I got money and medicare and I got kicked out. That's what I got.
