Went in for a 1:15 appointment for two tests. At 1:30 the technician meandered out into the waiting room and informed three of us publicly that she had three people scheduled and what we each were scheduled for.. But she was just one person so since I had two tests scheduled I would be moved to last. This made my 1:15 appointment a 2:30 appointment. Very unprofessional. You only get one chance to make a first impression UC Health!
