It is soo awesome to have a facility like this in our neighborhood. It’s kept up very clean and organized. Lots of educated personnel on hand at all times. Such a wide range of classes all during the day with great instructors. They have ample selection of workout equipment and pool.

WISH I COULD GIVE 10 STARS!! PT Jenna Kosola is giving me back my life!! I was in the ER twice within 2 weeks with back pain and spasms so excruciating I thought I was going to pass out. It had debilitating effects on my daily life and pain pills and muscle relaxers are no way to live - plus they don’t address the underlying cause. On my 2nd trip to the ER the doctor says to look into Physical Therapy since there were no obvious signs of disc/spinal issues on my MRI. I felt like I was going crazy.
