They make getting an appointment more difficult than climbing Kilimanjaro in flip flops. I mean, I have never seen such a train wreck. First, they require a referral to be seen at all. Not ideal, but I get it. Ok fine. They also quote a 5-7 day processing time once the referral is received. 5-7 days? To read a fax? I don’t understand that. It should take like 24 hours. A couple business days, tops. Next, it’s literally impossible to get a referral faxed (their only method of sending a referral - is this 1995?) successfully. ... read more
10/10 would get more EMG Testing done at this facility, if needed. The staff was humanitarian, they were able to keep me comfortable so I wouldn't have an anxiety attack.
