My sister underwent surgery today. The issue is that I went to the UCHealth pharmacy to pick up medication, and the employee who assisted me had a terrible attitude. I politely asked if he spoke Spanish, but he refused to answer me at all; instead—still with a terrible attitude—he put a translator on the line. The employee's name is Esgar T.
