Complete trash, the front staff is rude, the medical assistant is rude. UC Health scheduled me the wrong appointment and the staff tried to pin it back on me that it was my fault. Very unprofessional. Then instead of helping they just shrugged their shoulders and told me to get a hold of scheduling which is a nightmare in itself. I think it’s time to find a new pain management clinic. Any recommendations?
My husband recieved a referral to UC Health Pain management for neck pain related to cervical stenosis. We went to an initial appointment/consult at the Ft Collins location where we saw the PA and she did an evaluation and set him up for a medial branch block x2 and if all went well ultimately an RFA. We were told that a scheduler would reach out to schedule this and if we didn't hear from them in 2 weeks to call.
