The staff was amazing very professional helpful and kind I never felt for one minute like someone didn't want to help me really great thank you all I highly recommend
Doctors Pouliot, Sam, and Sunny have all been absolutely amazing. Everyone there, including the front desk staff, treats me like family and I always look forward to my visits because they can actually be fun! They have been shoulders to cry on during tough times, and friends to laugh with during the good. I highly recommend this place and the doctors I listed above.
Dr's are all amazing. Authorization department is a joke worst in the state. I had an appointment in January, I received approval from my insurance, I sent it in the portal, left voice-mails, sent messages, went into the office. The Authorization expired. I called my insurance, I got an extension on the approval and to date still no communication and no willingness to schedule my procedures. I trust Dr Colin Carpenter and his staff. They are my pain management team always. He is a Dr who.listens to his patients.
Dr. Giradi is a brash, impolite doctor with no bedside manner. Guess he might have watched “House MD” and thought that’s what compassion in medicine looks like. I get that pain management has a lot of hazards I can’t begin to understand, but to be without understanding of the patients pain or to assume they’re just in there to get free dope is a bad way to approach medicine.
