I’ve received infusions for over 20 years and this is the least busy and most highly staffed infusion center that I’ve ever visited, yet they are the most inflexible. I have to go in for infusions twice a week every single week , which is not easy when you work full-time and manage family responsibilities. The nursing staff, particularly one nurse, that I had with demonstrates no empathy and flexibility for even the slightest schedule shift of 5 to 15 minutes. They made my chemo experience as easy and comfortable as possible. The nurses are all amazing and so sweet. You get a private chemo room with a curtain, small couch, chair and tv, rather than being in a room with a bunch of other people. Strongly recommend going here for treatments.
