The infusion nurses deserve 5 stars all around, This one star and review is for their schedulers, who will schedule appointments for you that you cannot make, then make it extremely difficult to reschedule, and do so passively aggressively by not answering messages, putting you on hold for extensive periods of time, extreme rudeness and lack of knowledge of your infusions schedule, which is really discouraging as an oncology patient who is already stresses to the max. I’ve received infusions for over 20 years and this is the least busy and most highly staffed infusion center that I’ve ever visited, yet they are the most inflexible. I have to go in for infusions twice a week every single week , which is not easy when you work full-time and manage family responsibilities. The nursing staff, particularly one nurse, that I had with demonstrates no empathy and flexibility for even the slightest schedule shift of 5 to 15 minutes. They made my chemo experience as easy and comfortable as possible. The nurses are all amazing and so sweet. You get a private chemo room with a curtain, small couch, chair and tv, rather than being in a room with a bunch of other people. Strongly recommend going here for treatments.
