Wish I could give this office zero Stars. The staff is completely incompetent and cannot complete simple task. I had an appointment with the doctors and it took a week to get my medical notes published just to only be riddled with inaccuracies. UC uses a central call center for orthopedics so anytime you need to get help with anything you have to wait on hold for 30 minutes for them to send an urgent message that just gets ignored. My wife made an appointment for me with Dr Ronald Hollis at UCHEALTH on Interquest Parkway in Colorado Springs for my shoulder surgery. We drove from Trinidad in an absolute Downpour to get there! Our experience with ALL of the Staff And Dr Hollis was amazing and So worth the drive! I’m very happy to say that I am looking forward to having my shoulder surgery done by such a fantastic Team!
Dr. Linger would ask questions and then talk over me while I attempted to answer. This doctor following ex-rays stated that there was nothing wrong with either knee after two separate doctors (one doctor who was my original surgeon and the one who removed the hardware in my knee) following an MRI referred me for a knee replacement.
The people that work there at the UC health orthopedic clinic very very courteous. Very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone who needs to see an orthopedic doctor to go there
