Provider agreed with me coming in to address this concern, explained the symptoms / problem that I had thoroughly and gave me several options to choose from that will lead to pain relief and repair.

Doctor was competent, but was WAY overpriced. Went in for a consult on my ankle. Paid $60 copay. Explained medical issue to assistant and waited in exam room for 1/2 hr. Saw doctor for 10min. Received a bill for $160 additional (after insurance). Poster child for everything wrong with the US medical system.
This company responded quickly and had my AC working in no time. I would recommend them to anyone!
