This place is a joke. When I initially injured myself, I almost wasn't seen. Didn't have an appointment they said. Waited. Was squeezed in. Taken care of. Recheck appointment went fine. Couldn't schedule release for last week. No appointments. Went to my scheduled appointment today. They wouldn't honor it. Said I wasn't on the calendar. Blamed others for that. Maybe this afternoon? Very long waits at the desk before you can even check in. Over an hour to get a simple PPD done. Why? There's only one MA back there and they have to room all the appointments to rooms and until they're is one for you you just wait and wait and wait. My time is extremely valuable as well.
Wish I didn't have to come here again but I had to. Came at the 14th, had a woman behind the desk to wait and Lisa would see me. I dosed off a bit and see like 6 people in front of me she already attended to. Had to wait for an hour an thirty minutes. I really wish the jobs I applied for who ask me for a drug screening stop sending me here. I hate it, it sucks so, so bad.
If we could give this place -5 stars I would!! Came in for a pre employment urinalysis as a walk-in, waited about two hours. The MA kept taking people back and completely skipped me. Other people were given the option to come back because of the “wait” but I was never advised I could do so. They don’t take people’s valuable time in consideration.
I have called 4 times and not once did anyone answer
