Very dismissive of my wife, who is the patient. Medical assistant was very rude. Has zero skills when it comes to handling emotional clients. Called my wife to ask why she needed to see Melinda which has never happened before and was already giving attitude during the call and kept cutting off my wife after she was told that my wife is Autistic with CPTSD and cutting off and giving attitude was only making it worse.
