I've had two surgeries at MCR Surgery South. I have been impressed by everyone there by their attentiveness, compassion, and flexibility.
To long to tell whole story but main points... My mother -in -law was admitted to the ER tonight 7pm due to heart problems. And it was and is the worst experience we have had. 1. They tried giving her medicine she CANNOT TAKE. 2. Just 4 days before she had surgery dealing with cancer. So had a drain tube and prescription meds. They were not taking care of the tube or incision or pain. They would only give her Tylenol. 3. Everything about this surgery center is great other than the pre procedure services. They will send messages through the app saying to call. They rarely answer, the few times someone answers there’s never a nurse available to complete the call. I’ve even been hung up on! Leaving a voicemail does nothing. They reiterate through app that it’s required but you can’t even reply to their messages on the app telling them you can’t get in contact with them. It’s easier get in contact with someone at PVH or Greeley in my experience.
I suffered a gunshot wound to me leg and was taken here. My experience was very positive from my all three of my nurses, my doctor and everyone else. Even the food was top notch. My room was quit and private and extremely comfortable. One of the best hospital experiences I have had.
