One of the nurses yelled at and belittled my partner multiple times in the ER. She sat there yelling at her WHILE she was puking.
I am disappointed with the service being provided at this location. One- My father is scheduled for a kidney removal surgery on December 17, 2025. The nurse who scheduled our pre-op failed to put it in the system and we have been here for almost 3 hours just waiting. Two- I was put on a waiting list for the rheumatology department and it will be 2 years this December and nothing. I am a pretty flexible and understanding person but this is not okay. My dad is 72. Not the youngest or oldest but he’s up there. So disappointing.... read more
Beautiful hospital, but my second experience there was terrible. Extremely chaotic and uncaring. Certainly not what you would expect.from a hospital of this caliber. A social worker from MCR spoke with me for over an hour, at a time in which I wasn't very coherent. MCR couldn't even identify her, or provide me with her contact information . Are you kidding me? Scary and inept, to say the least.
I was discretely turned away from medical care at the plastic sugery center, due to being gender diverse or Trans-gender this is sad this still happening within are state. Don't be fooled guys their basically Wyoming up there! Flat out discrimination nothing more !
