Over an hour wait. Everyone after my appointment was taken back and still nothing
I would not recommend this place to anyone. My first appointment the ultrasound tech was so rough on my belly that I thought I was going to pass out or vomit multiple times over the course of an hour and fifteen minutes. I had to ask her to stop for a break multiple times. This ultrasound tech was so rough that she left bruises on me and my primary OB told me to report her. Staff is very inconsiderate. I had to come here back in 2023 and was high risk. Then they were so rude. Every appointment someone making rude comments “he’s gonna die anyways so it really doesn’t matter what you do” or “we recommend terminating the pregnancy”. Now that Im pregnant again I have to come back and supposedly you can’t refuse care because its a “package deal” regardless of how traumatized you are from your past experiences. Trying to call and schedule but I sit on hold endlessly before it finally rings then get hung up on before ever connecting to anyone. I'll be coming in office to schedule with referral in hand based on the similar reviews of poor customer service.
My experience at Maternal Fetal Medicine over the past two months has been nothing short of frustrating and emotionally exhausting. As a high-risk pregnancy patient, I expected a level of care and compassion that has been completely absent from this clinic. Let’s start with the front desk.
