If someone calls out for the day at this MFM clinic, don’t worry your important appointment will be canceled for the day and won’t even be attempted to moved to another provider to get seen with extreme concerns for a high risk pregnancy that same day. I’ve even seen them tell a pregnant patient in the waiting room that they won’t be getting seen because whoever they were seeing got called out… there needs to be a better system for this. After being diagnosed with hyperemesis and having weight loss surgery over 2 years ago, my OB referred me for extra support. Every appointment I felt like a burden, providers have rolled their eyes at me and my husband, questions weren't directly answered, and just kept getting threatened with a feeding tube despite my Bariatric surgery team cautioning against blind insertion and concerns of over filling my stomach. Doctor was thorough with his explanations and the ultrasound tech was nice and accommodating. I got light headed and needed something to hold me over. She got me a juice and let me eat my snacks while waiting for the doctor.
No respect for patient, and they do they own thing when ever asked them they are saying we don’t about it ,as well their no policy is zero if you have more than two kids they do allowed your kids with so in this case if you’re new and don’t know any one where you should leave your kids? I am talking only about the front desk at pregnancy section the doctors and nurses are excellent
I like the convenient valet parking but that is about it.
