My primary referred me to here several weeks ago. UC Health Lone Tree told me it would take a couple of weeks to get scheduled IF they approve. It's been over two weeks, no call. I have tried calling them. No one answers at all. I have waited on the line 20+ minutes both times. I finally left my number to save my place in line. Over 24 hours later, still no call.

Dr. Stone is a nice man, a very attentive and competent provider. The staff supporting him, however, leave the very basics to be desired. Keep in mind that even though this clinic is at Lone Tree, it is just an extension of Anschutz Rheumatology. When getting scheduled here, Uchealth failed to mention this to me. And Anschutz Rheumatology is a practice that should be investigated on all levels!!! I was referred to Anschutz when I had multiple providers who were concerned about my lab work. I saw Dr. Steven Taylor for my arthritis and found him to be both knowledgeable and personable. He certainly seems like an excellent physician. However, my overall experience with the practice was marred by significant administrative challenges.​ The support staff were consistently unhelpful and occasionally rude, leading to substantial delays in processing my medication despite many calls and messages to the practice requesting support.
