Elderly mom with lung cancer was told to arrive 45 minutes prior to appointment time. She doesn’t drive and was dropped off since no accompanying person is allowed due to Covid rules, then staff told her to wait outside on a bench in the shade and wind until they called her for the actual appointment. No one else was in the inside waiting areas. I’ll hold the building management accountable if she gets sick. Shameful. UHC just dropped 650 patients that had united healthcare advantage ppo because it was not profitable. Isn't UHC a non profit organization that does not care about 650 retirees left with no medical services . CEO ego gets in the way of caring for people . Don't rely on a single source for healthcare because UHC could drop you in a minute for more money.
They are an amazing group over there. The staff is professional and kind. The process is awkward so having a sweet caring technician makes a difference.

I love this place! They are amazing here, I go monthly for infusions. They nurses are the absolute best in the business, They are so CARING! Compassionate, and make you feel like a person not just another patient.
