There's never a person answering the phone, terrible communication, been waiting for weeks to get test results and can never seem to get a hold of my doctor. Just go to the ER instead of wasting your time
I went there while on vacation in colorado from california. We were out there for a therapy for my son. I had ongoing pelvic pain and uti symptoms with no infection, and it got significantly worse while in colorado. After seeing many docs, i was referred here to see a urologist. I saw hank johnson the first day and he was very compassionate, as i was in tears desperate to find out what was wrong with me. He got me an appointment the following morning for a cystoscopy.
