Absolutely the worst communication skills from a physician office. Over a month ago, I was scheduled for surgery, it is 1.5 weeks from surgery today & still haven't heard from the office about anything. I had to call today to find out if I was on schedule & if insurance approval was obtained. Loved Dr Seddon, but can't deal with a noninterested staff in my care. 1st time ever having to do this. I canceled the surgery & will be searching for a new physician.
Waited until the day before my appointment to tell me they are no longer accepting new patients, eventhough i called over 2 months ago to make this appointment and that was the FIRST question i asked. Now i get to find another provider and wait to be seen by them, which could be months just like Dr. Seddon. Highly disappointed that he has put a delay in my care.
I am hiking and biking again after a very complicated foot surgery by Dr. Seddon. He is an exceptionally skilled surgeon! I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the entire process and outcome. I highly recommend him.
I had bunion surgery 8 months ago with Dr Seddon and I am very pleased with the result. Dr Seddon and his team did a wonderful job in fixing my bunion- from initial consultation, surgery and post op visits. It's easy to reach his office through the app and all my questions were answered promptly. I strongly recommend him.
