Terrible provider. I switched insurance and was traveling when I realized I needed an urgent prescription filled in another state before I went out of the country. They failed to take 2 mins to update a prescription that my life depends on. They said it was completed so when I came back to the states I tried to fill it in between flights as I had 7 hrs to wait.
