Terrible provider. I switched insurance and was traveling when I realized I needed an urgent prescription filled in another state before I went out of the country. They failed to take 2 mins to update a prescription that my life depends on. They said it was completed so when I came back to the states I tried to fill it in between flights as I had 7 hrs to wait. I saw her yesterday afternoon and her facility is nearly a 2 hours drive from home and I ask for labs to be drawn in my town hospital and I have a podiatrist appointment up there now too, I don’t need to spend a day away from home for an hour long appointment other than to get my scripts filled
