Rescheduled my family member twice. Once was due to the disability. They called 30 mins before appointment and said they didn’t have time to get her on the table as she is disabled and cannot get out of the wheelchair herself without assistance . Mind you, she uses two ride services and if she doesn’t give proper 24 hr notices of cancellation to these ride services she risks being cut off from them.

Dr. Warncke has helped me so much throughout this unfortunate process. I am 29 and was diagnosed with testicular cancer, and he has had to cancel surgeries and move things around in order to help get this urgent matter resolved. Right now, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the surgeons are having to cancel many surgeries that are not urgent enough, so the rescheduling is truly not his fault. I scheduled my surgery a couple months in advance for when I’d be off work. Got “rescheduled” 10 days before because he was “called up to surgery”. In lame terms, I was bumped for a better, more paying surgery. No patient should be bumped off their appointment for anyone else, especially when it’s obviously not life threatening and 10 days before a long before planned surgery. Disappointed.
