I received excellent advice and care from Cheyenne Zurfluh PA at East Clinic internal medicine UCH Loveland. I would definitely recommend her, if you’re looking for an intelligent and knowledgeable PCP.
Be aware it will take nearly a year to get an appointment with a provider if you are a new patient. I have scheduled appointments several times now, months in advance, to be called 1 week prior to tell me the doctor isn't even in the office that day. This has happened several times now, each time requiring me to reschedule again several months later. This is not an acceptable way to treat a patient. I did not feel rushed and felt that the staff was truly working to resolve my concerns. I was able to get more things addressed in this one visit than I expected and would highly recommend them.
