I first was introduced to this facility in January 2024. I was newly pregnant, just moved here and experienced some bleeding. I called, and they refused to get me in, telling me to go to the ER, which is ridiculous! Our daughter was born in August after we found an amazing doctor in Fort Collins. Our first pediatric appointment was with Dr. Kolenz since Dr. Peterson (who was the pediatrician for my step kids) was unavailable. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Came in for a minor concern at the beginning of January, and I was pleased with my doctor. However, a few weeks after my visit I got a bill for almost $500 for one set of labs. I’ve had these labs done multiple times with my pcp, and they were only $150-$200 out of pocket, and with my insurance I typically pay $40. I was absolutely shocked, and getting ahold of their billing was difficult. I'm pregnant with my first baby and the front office lady (Aileen) that got me scheduled is so incredibly RUDE!!!!! I'm just trying to figure out the ropes of what I'm supposed to be doing and she's made me uncomfortable and not ever want to go back to the Greeley clinic ever!!!
I had a good experience here with the NP for my intake. She was very helpful & was able to get me in for an ultrasound right away. The office staff was impatient with me when trying to schedule out my next appointment. It seems that UC health is quite overbooked & there’s no chance you can attend to the same location each visit
