I am 64 and this was the absolute best MRI experience I’ve ever had! Technician, Richard, was extremely informative and personable. He set the music to perfect volume and I barely heard the noise from test. He made me extremely comfortable and then I opened my eyes to a big beautiful smile from another tech I believe her name is Natae, she had a fun demeanor on leading me back to dressing room and retrieving my glasses. Whether it's an X-ray, CT scan , MRI, the staff is always polite, professional and efficient. Not just that they look at you, they speak to you with decency. I've never felt as though I was "bothering" them and they smile. Not forced, just smile. THANK YOU to each of you, from the front to the techs in back.
UCHealth Radiology blatantly breaks the law in their standard workflow. Three years ago I was diagnosed with Brain Cancer. Trying to complete a single MRI every three to six months since then is far worse than my diagnosis. Do not suggest I reach out to Patient Representatives. That process is completely broken. EDIT: Lol. The "owner" aka social media manager want me to reach out to UCHealth's lawyers who pretend to care about patients.
