After waiting 3-4 months for an initial visit I had scheduled, I received a message canceling my appointment because the doctor is "not going to be in the clinic" that day. I called to follow up per the message and was offered a new appointment that was an additional two months away. I asked if anything else could be done since the cancelation was not my fault. Believe the bad reviews. I waited 8 months to see a doctor here that is recognized by the National Menopause Society. She may be knowledgeable, but she is completely indifferent to patients. I honestly get the feeling she doesn't even like patients. I've had terrible complications from an IUD insertion and can't even get a response. I'm now on my third week out of work from this and can't even get a phone call back or a response in my chart. Googling how to remove this one my own now. Had a lady yell at me on the phone because I didn't want to schedule an appointment to "talk." (I need a surgical procedure done, not a consultation.) I had a referral sent in twice to get a surgical procedure done. I informed her I couldn't do the procedure after October and she started beating the phone and yelling, blaming herself about talking a vacation and she didn't get to my referral before my insurance lapsed. Rude staff. Rude doctors. They don’t care about women’s health at all.
Hours of operation are listed as closing at 5pm. I just tried calling at 4:35 to schedule an appointment and am getting sent directly to an automated message saying “this location is closed…”
