The facility was clean and nice. My appt was on time. However I saw a PA, Vanessa. She was condescending and dismissive, seemingly annoyed that I had an appointment. She didn’t even palpate my abdomen or do a physical exam. I would not recommend to family or friends. I will probably get a second opinion at South Denver GI.
I wanted to say a “BIG THANK YOU” to the entire staff in The Cherry Creek Gastroenterology surgical department. I mean it, from the young lady at the reception counter to all of the “very kind” Nurses, anesthesiologist and Doctor who made a fairly stressful event a “total cakewalk”. Professional, caring and most of all KIND. I would only recommend this Medical Center.
I am disappointed in the Dr. with her July/August treatment of my condition. I told her my symptoms, we did exams, blood work, even a procedure all for them to take thousands of dollars and tell me they couldn't see me again for a follow up until October. I am disappointed in medicine, as so many doctors have pulled this same thing over and over as I've tried to figure out what's going on with me. This was my second visit at this facility. The first Dr. I had seen wasn't too helpful. Dr. Leroy was very thorough and detailed. Genuinely cared. She patiently listened and didn't make me feel as though I was being rushed out of the office. I felt more relieved after our visit and finally something was going to get done and possible relief in sight!
