Very friendly staff. Professional environment. Easy process. Overall an enjoyable experience.
They seemed annoyed that I was there for the last appointment of the day (which I had to do because of my work schedule) and my blood wasn't flowing as quickly as they wanted it to. I keep getting messages that they need my blood type, but that experience makes me hesitate to go again.
3 bad experiences, lost paperwork and wasted time not being allowed to donate or waiting for over an hour after appointment time then being turned away.
