Very unprofessional , My insurance needs the office to send more information to them so they can cover my claim, I have called the office manager multiple times with no call backs. The answering service and receptionist dont know what I should do, they both have left messages for me. The last time I called and got through to the office, a medical assistant named Heather just hung up on me. Dont waste your time at this place, if you have an issue it most likely wont get resolved.
